Tim Turitto is Executive Vice President of Enterprise Operations & Chief of Staff to the CEO of SAIC, a premier Fortune 500® technology integrator driving our nation’s technology transformation, with annual revenues of $7.4 billion and approximately 24,000 employees.

SAIC provides engineering, digital, artificial-intelligence and mission solutions across the defense, space, civilian and intelligence markets. In addition to serving as Chief of Staff to CEO Toni Townes-Whitley, Turitto is responsible for leading several corporate functions, including business enablement, program execution, proposal development and infrastructure organizations.

Before joining SAIC in September 2023, Turitto completed a seven-year tenure at Microsoft Corp., where he led operations for the company’s first-ever $5 billion U.S. federal government subsidiary, helped to stand up its $15 billion U.S. regulated industry segment and oversaw product sales strategy for local, regional and national government business in more than 70 countries.

Notably, Turitto led the team responsible for Microsoft’s successful response to the U.S. Department of Defense’s $10 billion Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure, or JEDI, procurement and led the sales strategy for the company’s $10 billion global government business.

Before joining Microsoft, Turitto held several positions in sales and operations at IT services and consulting firm CGI Inc., where he also had profit and loss responsibility for the company’s civilian agency business while demonstrating a track record of innovation and sustainable, organic growth.

Turitto earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master of Science in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
