Michelle O’Hara is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of SAIC, a premier Fortune 500® technology integrator driving our nation’s technology transformation, with annual revenues of $7.4 billion and approximately 24,000 employees.
SAIC provides engineering, digital, artificial-intelligence and mission solutions across the defense, space, civilian and intelligence markets. O’Hara leads all aspects of SAIC’s people strategy including organizational development and upskilling, culture transformation, talent acquisition and retention, total rewards and diversity, equity and inclusion.
In addition, O’Hara leads SAIC’s marketing and communications functions, as well as the company’s environmental, social and governance strategy. She is accountable for fostering top talent, a strong brand and an inclusive culture to fuel SAIC’s growth and market leadership.
Prior to becoming Chief Human Resources Officer in 2019, O’Hara served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and previously as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards. Before joining SAIC, O’Hara served in senior leadership roles at global professional services and technology companies including BearingPoint, Perot Systems Corporation and Booz Allen Hamilton. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from The College of William & Mary.
O’Hara currently serves on the board of directors for Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (NYSE: AUB), the holding company for Atlantic Union Bank. She also serves on the board of directors for the HR Policy Association, the leading public policy organization of large company chief human resources officers, and on the board of advisors for Catalyst, a global nonprofit organization focused on gender equity and workplace inclusion.
