GSA - OASIS+

Overview

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a governmentwide, multi-award IDIQ contract designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. The contract is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government. The OASIS+ contract can be used directly by federal agencies who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) without involvement by GSA during the acquisition process. The OASIS+ contract covers a wide range of services and solutions that are: primarily noncommercial, with the allowance for commercial services task orders; classified and unclassified work; allows for all contract types (cost, FFP, T&M, hybrids, etc.); low, cost effective Contract Access Fee (CAF) of just 0.15%; and may be used for services both within the Continental US (CONUS) and worldwide (OCONUS).

The contract scope is organized by domains or functional groupings of related services spanning multiple NAICs codes. Domains and the NAICS codes listed under the domains are designed to align order requirements to qualified industry partners. Each domain is limited to the NAICS codes and associated size standards specifically listed under that domain. SAIC was one of only ten contractors currently awarded all 8 Domains on OASIS+. The 8 Domains awarded to SAIC are:
